Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
By using snappaperwork.com ("the site" or "SnapPaperwork"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site provides
SnapPaperwork offers free online tools that help you create printable documents such as receipts. The tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools or features at any time.
2. Templates are not advice
The documents, wording and explanations on this site are general-purpose templates and general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship with us. Laws and requirements differ by country, state and city, and change over time. You are responsible for deciding whether a document is suitable for your situation, and for getting professional advice where you need it.
3. Your documents and your responsibility
- You are responsible for everything you enter and for every document you create, print, save or give to someone else.
- You must make sure the information is true and accurate, and that you have the right to use any name, address, signature or other detail you enter.
- Documents you create belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and we do not receive them.
- You must follow our Acceptable Use policy. Our tools are for genuine record-keeping only. Falsifying documents is illegal and is strictly prohibited.
4. Saved data
Tools save what you type in your browser on your device (see the Privacy Policy). This data can be lost, for example when you clear browser data or when a browser deletes it. Keep a copy of anything important, such as a saved PDF. We cannot recover data for you.
5. Our content
The site, its design, text, code and tool layouts belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the tools and the documents they produce for your own personal or business purposes. You may not copy the site, resell it, or use automated means to collect its content at scale.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The site shows advertising and may link to other websites, such as government pages. We do not control third-party content, products or sites and are not responsible for them.
7. No warranty
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that they will be accurate, complete, error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep the tools correct, but you should check every document before you rely on it or hand it to anyone.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any document you create. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Ending access
We may restrict or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or who puts the site at risk. You can stop using the site at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
