Before you print for an event
- Print one test page first and check the spelling, the date and the numbers.
- Use card stock for place cards, table numbers and programs, and plain paper for tickets and sheets.
- Number tickets so you can match stubs and keep track of how many you handed out.
- Leave a little extra time to cut: most pages have dashed cut lines.
- Save the PDF so you can reprint the same set if something goes wrong.

Are these event printables free?
Yes. They are free to use, need no account, and never add a watermark or a SnapPaperwork logo.
Can I print on card stock?
Yes. Check that your printer takes card stock, then print. Heavier paper is good for place cards, table numbers and programs.
Can I add my own logo or colours?
Yes. Most tools let you add a logo and pick from several colours.
How many can I print at once?
It depends on the tool. Tickets and certificates can be printed in batches of many pages, with continuing numbers.
Is my information uploaded?
No. Everything stays in your browser and is saved only on your own device.
