Make a shared album in a photo app that lets guests add their own photos, copy its share link and paste it here. Try it from a friend’s phone first.

Words on the sign

Words on the sign

The words follow the kind of code until you type your own.

Look Colours

Rounded and dots soften the squares; the three big corner squares stay solid so phones still find the code. Scan it with your phone before you print.

It changes with the kind of code until you type your own. Leave it empty for no line.

Logo in the middle (opt.)

With a logo the code switches to its strongest error correction, and the logo covers less than a fifth of its width. Kept in this browser only; not included in a share link.

Print size

Pick a sign on the right. It opens the tool for that sign.

PNG for documents, slides and social posts; SVG for a print shop or a design app. Share link sends a link that shows this code, ready to scan: nothing is uploaded, the code travels inside the link.

Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”. Scan one code from the printed page before you print or cut the rest.

Collect your guests’ photos with one QR code

Your guests take hundreds of photos you will never see unless you ask. Make a shared album that guests can add to, paste its link here, and print an elegant “Share your photos” sign for the tables, the bar or the guest book. Guests scan it and add their photos and videos straight from their phones.

The sign comes in an elegant style with your names and date, in wedding colours. The code is a plain link, made in your browser, and it does not expire, so guests can still add photos weeks later.

How to make a wedding photo QR sign

  1. Make a shared album

Use a photo app whose shared albums let other people add photos. Copy the album’s share link.

  2. Paste the link and test it

Open the link on a friend’s phone and try adding a photo, the way a guest would.

  3. Print the signs

One big sign for the entrance, or 2 or 4 per sheet for every table.

Choosing the album

What matters is that guests can add photos easily. Some shared albums ask guests to sign in to an account first, and some only let them look. Test the link from a phone that is not yours, ideally one with a different kind of phone, before you print.

Check how much space the album has, and whether photos keep their full quality. Videos take a lot of space.

Words for the sign

Put your names and the date in the last line, for example “Emma & Liam · June 12, 2027”.

  • “Help us capture the day” · “Share your photos”
  • “Capture the love” · “Scan to add your photos and videos”
  • “Snap and share” · “We would love to see the day through your eyes”

Where to put the signs

  • On every table, in a small frame or a stand.
  • By the guest book and the photo booth.
  • At the bar, where people wait.
  • On the welcome sign, or in the wedding program.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need an app?

That depends on the album you use: the code only opens its link. Some albums open in the browser, others ask for their app or an account. Test it before the day.

Can guests still add photos after the wedding?

Yes, as long as the album stays open. The code itself never expires.

Which paper should I print on?

Thick matte paper or card stock looks best and does not shine under lights. Print at 100% and scan one sign before you print them all.

Can I match our wedding colours?

Pick one of the six colours for the frame and the words. The code itself stays dark on white so every phone can read it.

Is the album link stored anywhere?

Only on your own device, so the form is there next time. Nothing is uploaded to this site.
