Your RSVP link

Look Colours

Rounded and dots soften the squares; the three big corner squares stay solid so phones still find the code. Scan it with your phone before you print.

It changes with the kind of code until you type your own. Leave it empty for no line.

Logo in the middle (opt.)

With a logo the code switches to its strongest error correction, and the logo covers less than a fifth of its width. Kept in this browser only; not included in a share link.

RSVP cards with a QR code, to tuck into your invitations

Instead of reply cards and stamped envelopes, slip a small card into each invitation: guests scan the code and reply on your wedding website or a form. This page prints four elegant cards on one sheet, ready to cut, in your wedding colours.

On US Letter each card is 4¼ × 5½ in, the size of an A2 card; on A4 each card is A6 (105 × 148 mm). The code is a plain link, made in your browser; nothing is uploaded and it does not expire.

How to make wedding RSVP QR cards

  1. Paste your RSVP link

The RSVP page of your wedding website, or a form you made for replies.

  2. Write the reply-by date

Put it in the small print, for example “Scan to reply online by May 1, 2027.”

  3. Print and cut

Print on card stock at 100%, scan one card to test it, then cut along the dashed lines.

What to write on the card

Some guests will not want to use a phone. Add a phone number or an email address to the small print so they can reply another way.

  • A short line on top: “We hope you can join us” or “Kindly reply”.
  • The big word: “RSVP”, or “Our wedding website”.
  • The small print: how and by when, “Scan to reply online by May 1, 2027.”
  • Your names at the bottom.

Test before you print a hundred

Open the link on a phone that is not yours and reply as a guest would. Check that the form works without signing in, and that you get the answers.

Then print one sheet, scan a card from the paper in normal room light, and check the colours on card stock before printing the rest.

Other sizes

Change “Sign size” to half page for a bigger card, or full page for a welcome-table sign that points to the same page.

Frequently asked questions

What size are the cards?

Four per sheet: 4¼ × 5½ in on US Letter (A2 card size) or 105 × 148 mm (A6) on A4.

Can I link to my wedding website instead of a form?

Yes. The code opens any link you paste. Link straight to the RSVP page so guests do not have to look for it.

What if my website address changes?

Then the printed code points to the old address. Settle the address before printing.

Which paper should I use?

Card stock that your printer takes. Matte paper is easiest to scan; very glossy paper can shine under lights.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no watermark, and the code never expires.
